WELCOME TO eFILE - the Pierce County web-based Personal Property Filing System. This system allows businesses to electronically file Personal Property Tax Listings with the Pierce County Assessor-Treasurer's Office for established accounts only.

To participate in Pierce County’s Personal Property eFiling Program, select Enroll on the menu bar above. If you are already enrolled and have received a secured User Name and Password, access your account by selecting My Account on the menu bar above.

For instructions on how to efile the Personal Property listing, select Help on the menu bar above, then select from the 3 sections available: 1) Quick Instructions; 2) Detailed Instructions; or 3) eFile Tutorial.

Personal Property Listings should be submitted by April 30th to avoid late filing penalties.

If you have not previously filed an asset listing for this business, please use the New Business Account Registration form in order to establish an account number.
